We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. All payments options are securely processed via the Shopify Payments platform and Afterpay where applicable.

PAYMENT ISSUES

If you are experiencing issues while checkout out using Afterpay, please contact Afterpay directly about the issue, as they can assist you faster with more accurate information on how to resolve the issue. M-KARA is unable to correct issues relating to these payment methods as they are out of our control. These companies keep your information safe, even from M-KARA, and therefore will not deal with us directly on matters, only with you as their customer.

Credit/Debit Card

If you are having difficulty checking out or paying with your credit card, please verify your payment details, that your card is active and that it has the correct funds available. If you are still experiencing issues, please email our Customer Care team at hello@m-kara.com for further assistance.

DUPLICATE ORDER

Have you placed a duplicate order? Please email Customer Care at hello@m-kara.com immediately so that we can investigate the issue and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. Any duplicate orders that have been shipped before M-KARA has been notified will be refunded once the order has been returned back to our Returns Address.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All payments to M-KARA are securely processed using Shopify Payments secure app. Your credit card number, login details, and Afterpay login details, are secured with and solely by them. M-KARA is never, at any time, able to see your credit card information including the name, number, expiry and CVV. M-KARA is never able to see your Afterpay account information, only the username or email address with which your account is associated.

CURRENCY

All prices on m-kara.com are displayed in either Australian Dollars (AUD) or in your local currency* as specified by your selected currency option or geolocation. Prices displayed in a particular currency will also be charged in that currency. M-KARA does not set prices based on the current exchange rate for International locations, and will not be held responsible if any particular item's price in AUD and USD does not reflect the current exchange rate. You are welcome to view and purchase in either currency at any time.

In any case where a price is displayed on m-kara.com without a currency indicator (e.g. $255) - it is to be assumed that this is Australian Dollars (AUD).

During correspondence, customer service agents will clearly indicate if and when they are not dealing with your chosen currency.

*where your local currency is not available, the price will display in AUD.
